About the Service
Find Sales Rep Now is an online directory that allows independent sales representatives to create listings and helps companies and customers discover them. We provide the platform only. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or relationship between reps, companies, and customers, and we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any listed representative.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Listings and Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including text, photos, links, and contact details. By submitting content you represent that you own it or have the right to use it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your listing on and in connection with the Site.
You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or that impersonates another person or business. We may review, edit, or remove any listing or content at our discretion, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid Listings, Fees, and Setup Charges
Certain listings require payment of an annual subscription fee and a one-time setup fee, as described on the Get Listed page. Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change for future terms. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Member and promotional rates, where offered, apply only while the offer is available and on the terms stated at the time of purchase. Featured placement and tier availability may be limited, and we make no guarantee that a particular spot will remain available.
Renewals and Cancellations
Paid listings may renew on the terms presented at checkout. You may cancel your listing or decline renewal at any time through your account or by contacting us. Setup fees are one-time charges and are generally non-refundable once a listing has been created. Annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with its operation or security, introducing malicious code, or using it to send spam or unsolicited communications. You agree to use the directory and any contact information you obtain only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
No Endorsement or Guarantee
Listings are provided by independent representatives. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any representative, company, product, income claim, or outcome. Any dealings you have with a representative or company found through the Site are solely between you and that party. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies named on the Site; all reps are independent agents operating on their own behalf.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own listing content, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Sales Rep Now and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Find Sales Rep Now operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
